Transmitting Communication from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $100,000 from Free Cash to the General Fund Police Department Other Ordinary Maintenance account to support an agreement with Roca Inc., which is committed to disrupting the cycle of incarceration and poverty by helping young people transform their lives. The funds will be used to support a dedicated Cambridge outreach worker, programming, mental health counseling and other services aimed at reducing gang related violence as a part of the Department’s Focused Deterrence Initiative
