The appropriation of new Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $236,500 to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($21,500) and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($215,000) which will be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic among individuals and families who are homeless and will support shelter operating costs and provision of essential services to homeless persons outside of a shelter setting
