Transmitting Communication from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) from the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) in the amount of $39,600.00 to the Grant Fund Fire Extraordinary Expenditures account which will be used to acquire three cardiac monitor/defibrillator simulators which is a cost effective and efficient training method which will enhance patient care
