The appropriation of the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) from the Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $221,784.00 to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($16,633.00) and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($205,151.00) which will be used for shelter operating costs, providing essential services to homeless persons outside of the shelter setting, rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention case management, short and medium-term rental assistance, and financial assistance needed to gain or retain permanent housing
