Transmitting Communication from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of an FY22 State 911 Department Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Grant in the amount of $23,939 to the Grant Fund Emergency Communications Other Ordinary Maintenance Account which will be used for quality assurance (call review) for the emergency medical protocol used by staff to provide pre- and post-dispatch instructions for medical emergencies
