DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $39,292 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds to the Public Investment Fund Community Development Extraordinary Expenditures Account ($33,399), and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance Account ($5,893) which will assist with providing affordable housing, revitalize neighborhoods, and expand economic opportunities to low and moderate-income persons
