DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of the Friends of the Community Learning Center (CLC) grant in the amount of $36,000.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($29,533.00) to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($5,767.00), and to the Travel and Training account ($700.00) which will be used to fund classes, advising and coaching of the Bridge to College Program students from July 2021 through June 2022
