Transmitting Communication from Yi-An Huang, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of the FY23 Cultural Investment Portfolio Program Grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council in the amount of $15,700 to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Salaries and Wages account ($13,500) and the Grant Fund Historical Commission Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,000) and to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Travel and Training Account ($200), which will be used to support part-time archives assistants, as well as for the purchase of general supplies
