ORDERED: That $1,800,000 is appropriated, for the purpose of financing building renovations, including all costs incidental or related thereto, including but not limited to, the following projects: to provide funds for the replacement of existing gas boilers at the Morse and Cambridgeport schools, which have reached their useful life, with electric boilers; and to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $1,800,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority.
