Transmitting Communication from Yi-An Huang, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $50,000 to the Grant Fund Community Development Extraordinary Expenditures Account. Funds will help support the Cambridge Community Center to become an established Resilience Hub so that during a disruptive event such as a heat wave, extreme weather event or another climate impact the Center can continue to provide critical services
