Transmitting Communication from Yi-An Huang, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $16,600 to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Salaries and Wages account ($14,500) and to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($1,475) and to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Travel and Training ($625). The funds will be used to support financial assistance to educate and inform the public about the city's architectural and social history through presentations to children and adults, publications, technical assistance, and an archive and non-circulating reference library
