Subject: Update to the City Council on Roadway Safety Audit Program

In response to Awaiting Report 24-033, we designed and implemented a Roadway Safety Audit Program to address the need for enhanced rapid response in the event of a fatal crash and a proactive program to identify and improve the engineering and design of higher crash intersections across the City. Attached please find a report that describes both aspects of this program as well as updates on work completed and planned to date.
