ORDERED: that $7,500,000 is appropriated for the purpose of providing financing for design and construction of open space at Ahern Field and surrounding amenities, and to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $7,500,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
