To meet this appropriation, the City Council, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to appropriate from available funds said amount under M.G.L Chapter 44, or any other enabling authority.

The City of Cambridge acknowledges that the MSBA's grant program is a non- entitlement, discretionary program based on need, as determined by the MISBA, and if the MSBA's Board of Directors votes to invite the City to collaborate with the MSBA on this proposed repair project, any project costs the City of Cambridge incurs in excess of any grant that may be approved by and received from the MSBA shall be the sole responsibility of the City of Cambridge.

The language set forth above is the form of vote required by the Massachusetts Description: School Building Authority in order for the appropriation for Feasibility
