I am providing you with the attached documents (List of Pending Awaiting Reports) as stated by COF 2025 #164, Motion Adopted to Forward Awaiting Reports to Next City Council Placed on File in Council December 22, 2025, which reads in part: “In accordance with COF 2025 #154 adopted on December 8, 2025, I recommend that the City Council take an affirmative vote to carry over pending Awaiting Reports and to the next City Council. Attached is a list of Awaiting Reports that Councillors would like sent to the next City Council for its consideration.
