The City Manager is requested to direct the City Solicitor to provide the City Council with a report that includes a detailed list of what provisions of the current Police Review and Advisory Board Ordinance conflict with the Cambridge Charter and what the effect of any such conflict on the validity and/or enforceability of the provisions
