The City Manager is requested to confer with the Assistant City Manager from Community Development, the Commissioner of Inspectional Services and the City Solicitor with the view of improving notification to immediate abutters and any appropriate neighborhood group of significant "as of right" building construction and report back to the City Council on this issue
