City Clerk is requested to contact the City Manager, in writing, to request that the City Solicitor prepare a legal opinion on Ballot Question # 4 and report back to the City Council on the legality of the marijuana ballot question on its potential impact on how medical marijuana dispensaries are zoned, as it relates to there being shared medical and recreational facilities and whether there is a relationship to the number of dispensaries, recreational stores and liquor stores allowed and how this may impact the number of liquor stores licensed by the City
