ORDERED: That the City Council formally go on record in urging the City Manager to establish a deadline of November 1, 2017 for fully implementing the various street improvements and safety measures for increasing bicycle safety that were passed during the October 17 meeting; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to update the City Council no later than December 12, 2016 on a timeline for implementing the special informational webpage called for in Policy Order #263 at the October 17, 2016 City Council meeting.
