Chair of the Human Services and Veterans Committee is requested to hold one or more public meetings with homeless advocates, appropriate City legal, public safety, human services, DPW and Traffic staff and appropriate representatives of the DCR to determine what, if any, steps can be taken to address safety and waste issues associated with intersection panhandling
