ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the MBTA and the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department to install a shelter without advertising or lighting comparable to what was there originally; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to consult with City staff to develop a policy that prohibits advertising and illumination on bus shelters in residential areas citywide and as well as in the Parkway Overlay District and report back to the Council. CHARTER RIGHT EXERCISED BY COUNCILLOR TOOMEY
