ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the Mayor to make the Sullivan Chamber and the prior goal setting facilitator, or any professional facilitator, available on a weekly basis for half day or full day City Council goal setting sessions; and further be it RESOLVED: That the City Council go on record committing to weekly sessions starting in February until the City Council goals have been finished in an exhaustive and professional manner.
