ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to provide a report on the history of the property including tax status, the zoning history and other relevant information on the site; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the Community Development Department to ensure that the use of Parcel C will have some community benefit in the form of an arts and cultural component in any future development that occurs there.
