ORDERED: That the Ordinance Committee schedule a meeting on this proposal as soon as possible and report back to the Council no later than the November 19, 2018 meeting; and be it further ORDERED: That an additional Health and Environment Committee hearing be scheduled as soon as possible to discuss these concerning preliminary results and what can be done to protect our residents from the dangers presented by a swiftly declining canopy cover in our city.
