SECTION 1. Beginning in July, 2019, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the City of Cambridge will have the authority to allow public consumption of marijuana and marijuana-related places on City Property subject to existing laws on smoking tobacco.

SECTION 2. This act shall take full effect upon its acceptance and appropriate by vote of the City Council of said City, but not otherwise.
