The City Manager is requested to direct staff from the Community Development Department and the Department of Public Works to provide the License Commission, before its public hearing on March 14, 2018, with all relevant information on the increased potential for flooding at 317 Fresh Pond Parkway, a recommendation on whether storing additional hazardous and flammable materials should be permitted and what additional training can be required for all facility managers where hazardous materials are stored
