That the following policy be approved when a member of the City Council makes a request to provide refreshments for a meeting/hearing: A member of the City Council submits a Policy Order, in advance of the meeting/hearing, outlining the date, time, and publicly accessible location of the meeting/hearing, and the purpose for food or incidentals for the meeting/hearing; The City Council votes to approve the expenditure
