That the City Manager is requested to work with the Peace Commission and Citizens’ Commission on Civic Unity to ensure that the Meet Your Neighbor Day event is held at another time of year, in Spring or Summer, in order to eliminate any appearances of political conflict at Meet Your Neighbor Day events
