That the City Manager is hereby requested to confer with the Department of Public Works to delay trash collection on Lexington Avenue, Lakeview Avenue and Standish Street until after 9:00 a.m. to alleviate traffic congestion in the area prior to the start of the Tobin school day, and to ensure on-time school bus schedules on Tuesdays
