ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the Cambridge Arts Council, Traffic and Parking Department, the Community Development Department, and the Central Square Advisory Committee to establish the Central Square Improvement Fund; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the Cambridge Arts Council and the Central Square Advisory Committee to implement a distribution procedure for funds paid into the Central Square Improvement Fund, with no less than 25% of funds paid being allocated to the arts; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager report back to the City Council in a timely manner.
