Asked the City Manager to confer with the Community Development Department and other relevant staff to report to the City Council on how the data collected from the Broadway Eco-Display is used to inform the City’s transportation planning efforts and to address the possibility of installing additional Eco-Display counters at the highest trafficked bicycle locations to provide more comprehensive information about bike use and other vehicles such as scooters

ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the Community Development Department and other relevant staff to report to the City Council on how the data collected from the Broadway Eco-Display is used to inform the City’s transportation planning efforts; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the Community Development Department and other relevant staff and report back to the Council on the possibility of installing additional Eco-Display counters at the highest trafficked bicycle locations to provide more comprehensive information about bike use and, possibly, other vehicles such as scooters that Eco-Counters can currently measure or may be able to measure in the future.
