Asked the City Manager to amend the Investment Policy section of the fiscal year 2022 budget book by adding this sentence: “Within six months of adoption of this budget, the investment committee will provide recommendations on any revisions to the investment policies to ensure that all city owned investments follow the council’s directive to avoid investments with or in institutions, companies or organizations invested in or funding fossil fuel endeavors or private prisons."
