ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the appropriate departments and the People of Riverbend Park Trust to promptly submit a letter to the State Legislature expressing support for codifying Saturday closures of Memorial Drive as well as an earlier start date in the first half of April each year
