Multifamily Housing Zoning Petition Part One in Section 5.40, by amending Footnote 37, (iii) to read: (iii) provide that notification by mail to abutters, owners of land directly opposite on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred feet of the property line of the lot as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, to the Community Development Department electronically for posting on the City of Cambridge website, and to others whom the applicant may choose to contact;
