Missing minutes

Meetings that happened, whose minutes are not published on the city's portals: 303 as of 2026-08-13. Minutes may exist unpublished; each entry is a candidate for a public records request to the City Clerk or the board's department.

Keeping minutes isn't optional: charter §9-7 and Council Rule 28 require every body to keep agendas and minutes. This page is a running audit of those obligations.

What it does not count: a council committee publishes its minutes as a committee report accepted on the City Council floor rather than on its own portal page, so a hearing whose report reached the floor is not listed here. Nor are meetings that were cancelled, meetings held in the last 90 days (minutes are approved at a later meeting, so they are not yet due), or meetings whose minutes were posted as an ordinary attachment.
