Department of Public Works - The DPW will require that the sign be placed adjacent to the curb and provide at least 5 ft of clear walking space between the sign and the property. This permit, if issued, wil comply with the requirements of the 5 Year Streets and Sidewalk Plan. Any additional flags or banners will need City approval before being placed on or over the public right of way. NDIA
