The DPW will require that the sign be placed in the curb extension and must not obstruct the main pathway of the sidewalk or the pedestrian ramp. The sign also cannot be out during inclimate weather or as directed by the DPW. If approved, this permit will have to be renewed on an annual basis and must display a DPW issued compliance sticker.
