This petition is to have an a-frame sign out on the sidewalk only for the months of December thru the end of March and cannot be used when the restaurant has its outdoor seating in place. Due to the super crosswalk in front of this location, the DPW will require that the sign be placed up against the building. The sign also cannot be out during inclimate weather or as directed by the DPW. If approved, the sign must display a DPW issued compliance sticker.
