Asked the City Manager to report on the concerns that have been raised about the implementation of the pop-up bicycle lanes, to reach out to and meet with representatives of the neighborhoods in which these bicycle lanes have been erected and to meet with representatives of each of the city’s neighborhood business associations to learn of any specific concerns, to withhold further implementation of new pop-up lanes until these meetings have taken place, and to report back to the City Council within 30 days on possible remedies to any concerns that have been raised
