The shuttle pilot was widely publicized on social media, the City’s website, the Cambridge School Department parent list serve, through notices delivered to residences in the area, and more. Despite the service running both Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., there were no riders on the first Saturday and just one family of four riders on the second Saturday.

Based on the evaluation of the pilot and the limited utilization by residents, the City has decided to discontinue this service, effective immediately.

Thank you for your understanding.
