Commissioner Ranjit, Boston Survey Inc. performed an instrument survey at No. 41 Gibson Street Cambridge, MA to determine the distance from the house to the northerly lot line that abuts No. 43 Gibson Strout. We established the lot line by establishing the southerly line of Kenway Street using offsets from Land Court Case No. 36276A, offset the street 30fl and then 55f for the width of the lot.
