The appropriation of a supplemental appropriation of the FY18 STEP (Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program) Grant for $9,182.81 received from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security Highway Safety Division to the Grant Fund Police Department Salary and Wages account ($9,182.81) which will be used to supplement sustained, high visibility, year-round traffic enforcement, specifically at locations throughout the city that have had serious crash and injury problems in the past
