The appropriation of a grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security's (EOPSS) Traffic Enforcement Grant Program in the amount of $14,199.70 to the Grant Fund Police Department Salary and Wages account ($4,575) and the Grant Fund Police Department Extraordinary Expenditures account ($9,624.70) which will fund high-visibility traffic enforcement of motor vehicle laws related to, speeding, impaired driving, occupant protection and pedestrian safety and to purchase lidar speed measuring devices for traffic safety enforcement
