That the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 23M, the property Assessed

Clean Energy Act (“PACE”), as amended, are accepted by the City Council by majority vote, and that the City Manager is authorized to work with the Commonwealth and its agencies to implement the PACE program in the City of Cambridge.
