Transmitting Communication from Yi-An Huang, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $200,000 from the General Fund Electrical Department Salary and Wages account to the General Fund Electrical Other Ordinary Maintenance account. The funds will be used to support the Department’s core functions such as the purchase of services, where appropriate, to support core functions of maintaining street lighting, municipal fire alarms, lighting in parks, municipal buildings, and emergency call boxes as well as infrastructure upgrades and maintenance activities
