Be it ordained that Chapter 8.12.010 of the Cambridge Municipal Code be amended by striking out the existing text and substitute in place thereof the following:

“The dispensing of motor fuel by means of self-service automated dispensing systems shall be permitted at any authorized gasoline station. All installations shall comply with the regulations promulgated by the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations in the Commonwealth.”

Passed to a second reading at the City Council meeting held on March 20, 2017 and on or after April 3, 2017 the question comes on passing to be ordained.
