Asked the City Manager to consult with the Department of Public Works, the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department, the Police Department, the Fire Department, and any other city departments to reconsider making Appleton Street one-way from Highland Street to Huron Avenue and report back to the Council on this matter, preferably before the start of winter storms
