ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with relevant City staff about the possibilities of using salt in a more judicious manner, finding non-salt options or removing excess salt when the ice threat has stopped while the salt still remains; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City on this issue.
