ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department, Community Development Department, and Department of Public Works to provide data on speed and vehicle counts from this section of Garden Street, and identify potential measures to improve its pedestrian and bicycle safety; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City Council with data and potential improvements in the near and medium term.
