The City Manager is requested to consult with the Water Department and report back on lessons learned from 2016 and on plans in place to institute water savings measures, and to inform the Water Board of this request. The City Manager is requested to inform the public as soon as practicable about the possibility of dry and drought conditions, so as to encourage the community to save water whenever possible
